Terms of Service
1. Booking & Payment
Places on public training courses are confirmed upon receipt of payment via Stripe or, where requested, upon issue of an invoice.
Invoice payments must be settled within 14 days or before the course date, whichever is sooner.
2. Cancellations by Participants
Cancellations made 14 calendar days or more before the course date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course date are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be requested in writing by email to abm.mastery@strategicabm.com
3. Transfers & Substitutions
If requested 7 or more working days before the course date, you may transfer your booking to another published date of the same course, or nominate a substitute participant, free of charge.
Requests made less than 7 working days before the course date must be submitted by email to abm.mastery@strategicabm.com
Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to an administration fee.
Transfers are permitted only to alternative dates of the same course. Transfers to a different course are not available.
4. Cancellations by Strategic ABM
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses (for example, due to low enrolments, trainer unavailability, or technical issues).
In this case, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another date.
5. Course Delivery
Public training courses are delivered live online (virtual classroom).
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to attend.
Strategic ABM is not liable for participant technical failures or connectivity issues.
6. Recordings & Supplemental Materials
Courses are recorded, and participants will receive access to the course recording and supplemental materials (such as frameworks, tools, templates, prompt libraries, and optional GPT assistants or apps).
These materials are provided for your personal and/or internal company use only. They may not be copied, distributed externally, resold, or presented as your own work.
All intellectual property rights remain with Strategic ABM.
7. Behavior & Participation
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
8. Liability
Our courses are designed to provide knowledge and guidance. We are not liable for any business decisions or outcomes based on course content.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivery of the training due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, strikes, technical outages, or natural disasters).
10. Data Protection
Booking information will be used solely for the purpose of administering your training and communicating with you about your course.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
